We currently document the following offers and incentive structures for dental clinics, DSOs, and clinicians. Offers may vary by account, location, role, or negotiated enterprise arrangement. Confirm the applicable terms with our team before relying on an incentive for a specific shift or contract.

Offers for clinics

Starter access

Single clinics can create an account and post shifts without a monthly subscription fee or minimum usage requirement.

• Matching fee: $52 matching fee for each completed shift.
• When you’re charged: Posting shifts is free. The matching fee is charged only after a shift is completed.
• If the shift doesn’t get filled or doesn’t happen: If you do not hire anyone or the shift does not occur, no matching fee is charged.
• Late cancellation exception: A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the shift starts is an exception and incurs the $52 fee.

Enterprise and multi-location packages

For growing clinics, multi-location DSOs, and groups that need advanced tools, we provide custom Enterprise packages. Pricing is tailored to the group’s needs rather than published as a standard discount schedule.

Enterprise features may include:

• Free shifts (quantity varies by package)
• Multi-location hub
• Centralized reporting
• Geofencing
• In-app calling
• Dedicated account manager
• Optional payroll tools

Internal float-pool savings

DSOs and dental networks can use internal float pools to broadcast open shifts to permanent staff across their network before seeking an external temporary professional.

When an employee from another location fills the shift, the group keeps the earnings within its own team and may avoid an external staffing cost. This is an operational incentive for multi-location groups, not a published cash rebate or referral bonus.

Offers for clinicians and temps

Fairly Staffing is free for temps.

• No platform fee from your wage: Clinicians keep 100% of their negotiated hourly wage, with no Fairly deduction from that wage.

Fairly Capital and Fairly Cash (when available)

Clinics may also receive access to Fairly Capital, and temps may also receive access to Fairly Cash, which provides wage advances on confirmed shifts, with a flat fee and no credit check and customized offers for Fairly clinics and temps. The published information describes these as personalized offers, but does not state the amounts, qualification requirements, repayment terms, or whether an offer is seasonal.

Premium rates for urgent shifts

Clinics can use premium hourly rates to attract professionals for urgent or difficult-to-fill shifts.

Available social messaging also indicates that some offers can grow as a clinician works more, but no fixed rate ladder, milestone schedule, or eligibility rules are published.

What is not currently documented

We do not currently have confirmed terms for a clinic referral bonus, a clinician referral bonus, a new-user signup promotion, a seasonal campaign, or a formal points-based loyalty program. Ask our team to confirm whether any limited-time offer applies to your clinic or professional account before posting or accepting a shift.
